Return and Refund Policy

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products or services from us.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

All sheet metal products and services we provide are made to order based on the specifications provided by the customer. By submitting an order, you confirm that all specifications, drawings, or measurements provided are accurate and final.

Quotes are valid for 30 unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on changes to material costs, design revisions, or project scope. Taxes and shipping (if applicable) are calculated separately.

Full or partial payment may be required before work begins. We accept ACH, check, or cash. Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees.

Due to the custom nature of our fabrication work:

• All sales are final.
   
• Returns and refunds are not accepted unless the product is defective or does not match approved specifications.
   
• If there is a defect or error on our part, we will work with you to resolve the issue by repairing, remaking, or refunding the item (at our discretion).
   
• Claims must be submitted in writing within 10 days of delivery.
   
• We are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied drawings, measurements, or designs.
   

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of submission, and only if production has not yet started. A cancellation fee may apply if materials have already been purchased or allocated.

We will make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates but are not responsible for delays due to material shortages, weather, shipping carrier issues, or other events outside our control. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Any customer-supplied drawings or designs remain the intellectual property of the customer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twin City Metalfab, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Ramsey County, MN.
